Our conservatory restaurant is fully air-conditioned for your comfort, and can seat up to 36 people. It is also available for private functions, weddings and birthdays.
Main meals and Bar Snacks are served Monday to Saturday 12.00–2.30pm, and 6.00–9.00pm, and our very popular Buck's Head Carvery is open from 12 – 5pm every Sunday, offering a choice of three roast meats or vegetarian alternatives served with a selection of vegetables. See our menu for details. The carvery gets fully booked very quickly, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
From the end of May until late September the restaurant remains open on Sundays until 8.30pm, serving light meals.
Every Tuesday we offer a selection of fish straight from the markets and freshly cooked to order. Choose from Cod, Haddock, Plaice, Rock and Skate or specials (when available) including Sea Bass, Halibut and Rainbow Trout.
We also offer a range of freshly cooked takeaway meals during restaurant opening hours Monday to Saturday. Please ask for details at the bar.
